What you should expect from us?
- We Clock Out at 7 PM: No calls after 7 PM or on holidays—designers need sleep and social lives too. This applies extra if you’re a friend, cousin, or long-lost relative. ❤️
- One Point of Contact, Please: We're happy to work with you—but not with your papa, chacha, mama, and bhua on a group call. Let’s keep communication clean, clear, and chaos-free.
- No Vendor Negotiation Calls: Need benchmark rates? We’ve got your back. But looping us in for vendor haggling makes them think we’re paying—and then they start calling us for payments. Not cool.
- Time is Design: Every hour we spend chasing updates or clarifying things could be better spent perfecting your project. Help us help you—respect our time so we can focus on what matters.
- We Love Meetings—But Only If You Show Up: Want to meet? Great! Just don’t call us over and then disappear into your Zoom call or "quick errand." We’ll wait politely. Once. Then we’ll design your bathroom in revenge. 💅
- Design Changes Need Time (and Coffee): Design isn't a Ctrl+Z job. Every change creates a domino effect. So give us time, and we’ll give you brilliance. Fair?
- WhatsApp ≠ Project Tracker: Sending 27 messages, 3 voice notes, and a forwarded Pinterest link at midnight is not project management. Use our official communication channel. (We promise we check it!)
- Approvals = Progress: Quick approvals = smooth progress. Ghosting us for 2 weeks and then expecting next-day renders is how deadlines get missed (and designers get grumpy).
- Trust Over Micromanagement: We know the plan. We know the vibe. Micromanaging every screw and switchboard won’t speed us up—it’ll just confuse the crew and slow things down.
- Friends & Family Pay More, Not Less: If you're a friend, cousin, ex-classmate, or someone who once liked our Instagram post in 2019—please don’t ask for a discount. In fact, you should pay us extra for the emotional pressure and awkward small talk we’ll have to navigate. Support doesn’t mean asking for freebies. It means paying full price—and tipping us with coffee.
Let us do what we do best—designing awesome spaces. Sit back, sip some chai, and watch it come to life. Deal?
